Words don't come easy...
Strange how people sometimes talk a lot without saying what's on their mind... Reasons are tones and I think there is nobody in this world who did not experience that! Sometimes this is a good thing eventually, sometimes is exactly the opposite, best thing is to know in which situation which of the two is the best solution. Go figure that out next time you want to say one thing and it comes out the opposite or at least another thing!

Travel & Visit New Places - It's Worth It
When you get your hands on some money that you don't need to use for your daily life or to pay the bank rates on your house or car, I advise you all to travel and visit as many places as you can. Even if you will be more impressed with some than with others, there is absolutely no book or TV documentary that can replace you travelling and seeing other cultures, other people, other buildings with varios architecture, statues, paintings, taste other foods, other wines, other beers that you find in your home country. Thyre is sooo much life out there that worth exploring that we can't grasp..
Try things while you are young cause even though you might have more money when you are older, either you'll have kids or grandchildren to take care of, or you may have a worse health. I think nothing can compare to things one has done and seen in her/his youth years.
There might be a strong impact when you come back to your home country (esspecially if you are living in eastern countries), but still you get to understand better western life, culture, how people act in other places, how they dress, what seems to be more important for other people that have a better standard of living that has grown over the centuries, how they developed esspecially over the 50 years of communism we've been like cows following a dictatorship. Even there you'll see differences from one nation to another, but there is something you'll see almost eveywhere ...a sense of normality, of commun good sense that is harder to reach in places where evrything is messing up from one day to another, where instability and insanity rules.
Being curious in every aspect of life is I belive not a sin, but a blessing!
Wish you safe trips for the wonderful, relaxing vacations you desearve!

Bit of news on Romania today..
NBR (National Bank of Romania) Governor, Mugur Isarescu, stated for Financial Times that Romania does not need a spectacular comeback - thinking at the estimated economic increase of 1.3% envisioned by the Romanian authorities and IMF (International Monetary Fund) for this year. His main concern is not to let the RON apreaciate too much as he doesn't want to discourage a comeback based on exports. - Isarascu is the man who actually kept Romania from being bankrupt many times when our political governments took all anti - market economy measures. i truly hope he'll have a long life and he'll manage to keep Romania on the floting level because for sure the current government is making all efforts to take our country under the floating level
On Mediafax the prime minister of Romania said that "the salaries for management stuff of state owned banks like Eximbank can be reduced through law, even though the procedure is more complicated and the salaries of the banks directors can be alligned at least with the level of salary of NBR (National Bank of Romania) governor which by searching on Google is between 5000 to 7000 euros" - the idea is not bad...but come on...if the prime minister searches on Google the salary of NBR governor ...he is so lame ...
The Romannian Government endorsed the ordinance by which the budgetary wages earned by state employees in court this year are to be paid not this year as the court decided, but over a period of three years, between 2011-2013. - so who's looking now for a budgetary place to work in :-), of course all the political clientele of the governing party who's gonna get all the money they want anyway...
Among the 1000 wealthiest men in the world - top published by Forbes - there are 3 Romanians:
on 437 place - the richest Romanian alive is Dinu Patriciu who at 60 years old has 2.2 billion dollars form real estate, media and financial intermediation businesses.
The businessman has received over one billion euros in 2007, when he sold 75% stake in Rompetrol to kazahii KazMunaiGaz.Last year, Patriciu sold the rest of the company. Now he is involved in unconventional energy production in Mangalia and last year, he purchased the People's Bank of Georgia together with the former Prime Minister of ...guess who... Georgia of course.
My feeling on this is that the oil business is still very profitable...old news already :-) and that he is like the best slut ever just that he's using that as networking in business and not literally. Was arrested and stayed in jail for a period of time being acused of mendling with the stock exchange amoung others...
on 880 place - Ioan Niculae with 1.1 billion dollars - started in chemical industry and now he has one of the biggest business in agriculture on the Romanian market
The list of the companies he owns includes a variety of industries: refineries, farms, slaughterhouses, consultancy, property, safety and security, hotels and restaurants, bakery and 2 football clubs
His fortune can also be put to questioning particularly because of how he was invlolved in the privatization of the National Tobacco Romanian Company...i bet most of all his businesses now are based on that.
on 937 place - Ion Tiriac with 1 billion dollars - so the bank industry is also very profitable...no news here... The 70 years old man is in the business of banking and last year he made a deal with Daimler to sell its participation of 49% of Mercedes Benz Romania. He is also active in real estate, trade, finance, aviation and sports businesses.
As a major change in Forbes Top of the wealthiest men, media magnate Carlos Slim ħelu managed to officially surpass Bill Gates, after other rankings gives leadership position since two years ago. His fortune in the last 12 months rose to 53.5 billion dollars with 500 million dollars more than Gates.

Did you know that...
When traveling by plane you are exposed to cosmic radiation and the influencing factors are:
- altitude - exposure increases with altitude
- latitude - exposure varies according to latitude
- duration - exposure depends on the duration of the flight
It is said that a plane trip from New York to London or any other flight of similar duration and latitude and altitude exposes passengers to a quantity of radiation about as high as a chest X-ray!.
So the flights over the polar regions take double radiations than the ones over Equator.
The level of radiations doubles every 2000 m altitude!
If you want to calculate how much radiation you get for your flights you can access the public part of S.I.E.V.E.R.T - acronym in France for the Computerized System for Assessing the Exposure to Cosmic Radiation during Air Transportation:

"Green" Bucharest
Although Bucharest should have 26 sqm of green space per each inhabitant, it only has 12 sqm...now who's wondering why we are more defect than older generations?
Legi... :-)
Prima capcană a geniului:

When insted of clubbing you watch Jamie's show...
When earlier this evening I decided I was too tired to go out clubbing I didn't know a bit later I'd be petrified by what I'll be seeing at Jamie Oliver show.
A very interesting show where he showed some shocking stuff. In the present in UK a standard chicken grows to be shipped to supermarket in 39 days with an average of 60 grams / day and their shit smells like amoniac. Also the density is incredible...to the extent they can't really move much and they have almost no light in the barn they are grown. This kind of standard chicken is sold in UK for 2.5 or 2.9 pounds in supermarkets and this kind of chickens are sold also to McDonald's, KFC and other fast foods.
Then there are also 3.9 pounds chickens that are grown in 49 days and in spaces where there is more light, where the density is lower and the chickens can at least move more..
All these chickens of 2.9 and 3.9 pounds are kept indoors for the whole period.
The best option is the chicken grown in the yards, when they can live outside, where they can move freely and these kind of chickens need around 100 days to be ready for eating.
Another strange thing for me at least was how they killed the chickens...they electrocuted them and then put the knife into their neck so the blood would drain through the mouth. They said that this way they show respect to the bird as it doesn't suffer as much as through other ways of killing it.
So just think how much better we'd be just by eating chickens and eggs from our grandparents houses / farms in the countryside...
These days I was thinking why so many young people have so many health problems as opposed to our grandparents who even if they are in their 70s-80s are healthier than us.
After what I have seen tonight I know almost for sure that with the food in the supermarkets, especially the food that reaches Eastern Europe we don't stand a chance to be half as healthy as our grandparents who lived in countryside with all that healthy food just fresh and ready to be picked up from the garden. Let alone if we eat at fast foods...
For everybody who wants to see some healthy recipes from Jamie or want to read about his activities, campaigns, dvds etc, his official site is:
